The FCA has scheduled its second series of webinar, this time addressing the enhancement of all C licensed referees and those with “frozen” B licenses, in Asia and Oceania. Similarly, participants will be divided into two groups. The first group of referees from West Asia, South Asia, and Central Asia is scheduled on December 4 to 6, 2020. The second group of referees from East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania will meet on December 11 to 13, 2020

In both webinar schedules, the experts are KIM CHANG GON (KOR) and KATSUMI YAMAGUCHI (JPN) who are both members of the FIE Referees Commission, and EYAD MAGHAYREH (JOR) the Chair of the FCA Referees Commission.
