The FIE World Cup in Cairo, Egypt, has concluded, bringing together a highly competitive field in both men’s and women’s events.



From an Asian perspective, the men’s competition stands out, with over 212 athletes representing more than 33 countries, including 9 Asian nations — Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Chinese Taipei, Qatar, Singapore, Uzbekistan, and the UAE. The tournament culminated in a gold medal performance by Japan’s Kazuki Iimura, reinforcing Asia’s strong position at the highest level.
