The second FCA Refereeing Webinar of the Fencing Confederation of Asia was held on October 30 to November 1, 2020. This 3-day seminar done online was participated in by referees from East Asia, Southeast Asia and the Oceania federations, who all compose Group 2 of this developmental program. This time, 12 countries were represented namely: Australia, New Zealand, China, Macau, Mongolia, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

There were 31 participants in the Epee session, 25 for Saber and 32 for Foil. FCA Referees Commission Chairman DR. EYAD MAGHAYREH (JOR) conducted the theoretical part which included a lecture on General Principles and Penalties addressed to all the participants. He likewise handled the refereeing techniques for EPEE. Mr. MEDHAT ELBAKRY (EGY) handled SABER while MADR VILEN (CZK) led the session for FOIL.
